ES 370 - Internship in Exercise Science This course is designed to provide Exercise Science majors with the opportunity to apply career-oriented skills in an off-campus internship setting for a minimum of 160 contact hours. The student must follow the procedures in the application process before enrolling. The student may not be enrolled in more than one additional class during the internship.
Credit(s): 4 Prerequisite(s): Mandatory attendance at two informal sessions, consent of advisor and HES Department Chair. See Department Office or ES: Internship/Practicum Info Page for complete enrollment procedures. Registration Restriction(s): Exercise Science major, junior or senior status, minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA, and minimum 2.5 major GPA required.
